Tyvek Standard are Numbered or Barcoded Wristbands that provide a higher level of security to either plain or printed Tyvek. We can print any range of sequential numbers, which enables the wristband to be used as a ticket or to accurately control the number of wristbands issued. The number can be printed anywhere on the wristband, either horizontally or vertically.
Printing a sequential barcode to each band can easily prevent the band from being reused since scanning will immediately identify whether the band has already been presented. However, barcoding provides much more than just an added security feature. Barcodes can also help to gather important data on visitor movements or can be used as a pre-paid voucher for rides or similar activities.
Barcodes can be printed on solid colours and even combined with your own text and logo. We are able to print most common types of barcode. The back of the Tyvek wristband cannot be printed and appears white.
Including a barcode or QR code within your design opens up opportunities to use the wristband in conjunction with social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
